Moved out of here end of February! Was living here for almost 2 years. XS management is great! Super kind people, when they took over from midwest it was day and night. With Midwest I had issues with the maintenance workers and landlord coming into my unit without my permission on multiple occasions, one time even while I was sleeping. So thank goodness they took over the building because dealing with Midwest was a nightmare!
For my last few months there the new company was great and seemed they cared a lot more about making it a comfortable home for everyone!

Only complaints would be about the buildings themselves, if you like quiet, do not live by the stairs, you'll never get a full night's sleep.

Otherwise great place to live and definitely recommend it!

I lived here for three years, they shut the water off without notice many times but the views of kennedale ravine can’t be beat!

Midwest Harrow Court is one of the best apartments to make a home. I have been living here for many, many years, and I have never had a complaint. The manager, and the staff always go above and beyond for the tenants. They do their jobs with 100% dedication and are super friendly. They make everything welcoming from the decor to maintenance, and upkeep. I highly recommend this place. It's nice, quiet, and always well taken care of.

Renting with Midwest has been great.

Abraham does a great job of keeping the site in order and very quick to assist with any needs I have. The place is very clean and quiet. Our unit was renovated before moving in and they had great offers for signing a one year lease.

Thanks to Sherry and Brad for keeping the place clean and well maintained, I've only come across them a couple of times and they're both very friendly and attentive to any needs I had.

Super easy to live her as they take care of everything, would recommend.
