I only ever thought proper bike fit was for competitive athletes or for anyone planning to be in the saddle for long distances, but now I see otherwise. There are so many reasons to seek the services of a professional bike fitter and I suspect this won’t be the last time I visit Cody.

I've had a couple of bike fits prior to coming to Flexion and they were no where to the level of Cody's expertise. He took the time and detail orientation to ensure I had the best experience possible. I look forward to experiencing the changes he made on the road.

I've been biking now for 20 years with most of my focus on mountain biking. Pain and misery in the saddle is just something I was used to until yesterday.
Cody has an immense knowledge base in the world of biking. He understands his trade well, and I could tell his commitment to his craft in our saddle fitting session. Most places would just lay out a few saddles for the rider to try, and then attempt to rush them out of the store. However, I was pleasantly surprised when he laid out at least two dozen saddles to start trying. He took exact measurements of my bike and then recreated it on the shop bike. I simply pedaled while he switched the seats, then gave feedback until we eventually landed on my dream saddle. I have NEVER been this comfortable on a pedal bike in my entire life. I've always just assumed that pain is part of the process and needed to ride more to get used to it. Consequently, I suffered through 20 years of pain for absolutely no reason!
Don't be like me, go see Cody with your issues and get squared away instead of enduring. My next issue to solve will be a full mountain bike fitting, and I'll be seeing Cody for that too. -

(March 14, 2022, 3:14 pm)Ah Cody is the best! He’s such a pro and so thorough - you can tell he absolutely loves getting people feeling incredibly comfortable on their bikes. If you are in need of a bike fit (and any rider who is serious about riding should), then Cody is for sure the best choice around these parts. His studio is really well- organized and clean, he’s got the tech and most importantly, his personal knowledge and experience to help get things feeling just right. Also, he remembered the names of all of my bikes (I brought in 3) so yeah, he’s pretty awesome! Can’t wait to visit again.
