(June 3, 2021, 12:31 am)I was at the RBC- Southgate Branch today to get a draft prepared. The lady who helped me was very kind and polite. I do not recall her full name but her name starts with the letter V as per my knowledge and she wore specs. The best customer service she offered I could say.

(July 14, 2020, 3:09 pm)Have had wonderful service at this branch. The staff have been friendly and welcoming which makes it a nice environment. The only thing I wish is that they had a couple extra people working at the front end during busy periods.
