(July 21, 2020, 5:27 am)I saw the sign on Parsons Road so thought I would give it a try. I texted the number and they were able to make an appointment that afternoon. Upon arriving, the woman who greeted me was very friendly but seemed confused when I said I was there for my 2 p.m. appointment. She said it would be about 10 minutes. I didn't mind, I was in no rush and was 5 minutes early. About 15 minutes passed and a man walked in, he was greeted by a different lady who came from the back. He said he didn't have an appointment and was a "walk-in", she took him in right away. At about 2:20pm I was starting to grow impatient. The lady I had originally spoken with came out and apologized. I offered to come back later and she said she just needed to change the sheets and would be right with me. She took payment from a couple and whisked to the back to change the sheets. She was very kind and apologetic. I got the impression the women aren't treated the best there. As I was getting dressed after my massage, I noticed a sign on the wall which read along the lines of, "Dear Sir/Madam, We do not offer sexual services of any kind..." the note went on to say how/when you could complain about your service. Overall, the massage was worth the 30 minute wait and I am so glad I didn't leave. If you don't mind the atmosphere and wait, you may be pleasantly surprised, as I was, and the pricing is very reasonable!

(March 18, 2019, 5:13 pm)I decided to try out Rosewater since they were in a nice location in South Edmonton. I had some pretty achy shoulders and ended up feeling MUCH better after my visit! Really lovely, clean, quiet, impeccable space to get a fantastic massage at an excellent price (that includes tax and tip). The ladies at Rosewater are dedicated to making clients feel welcome and happy. Treat yourself to this place, you will be so happy you did!
