Mike goes above and beyond to provide a tour of the space, help you select the office that meets your needs, and is always checking in to make sure things are working well. The space comes with a beautiful boardroom for booking and a kitchen with a refrigerator and coffee machine that is always stocked with Tim Hortons coffee! I am in an inside sliding office, but the natural light is still great, it comes with great furniture and is very functional. I would highly recommend Basework for anyone looking for a professional, furnished office for rent!

The management is very easy to deal with and I would recommend these offices to anyone who is looking for office space short term or longer term.

(August 17, 2021, 9:07 pm)Basework is nicely laid out, and a great place to get some work done, without having your conversations overheard and screen easily visible to all the other members. It's fantastic that they've put white noise speakers throughout the space to even further reduce likelyhood of conversation drift. The offices come furnished at reasonable rates so I can just come in and get work done without worrying to furnishing my "away" office. There's lots of opportunities to interact with other members who are friendly. I enjoy my time at BaseWork when I need to spend a day or afternoon focused on work, meet with customers/vendors, or network with other members.
