Curtis, Jason, John, just to name a few, have been so easy to interact with.
Oh, and FYI, our quote had expired and Curtis had no problem honouring the previous commitment. If you need great service, fair pricing and incredible turnaround, look no further than these guys. -

(July 23, 2018, 4:10 am)We had another positive experience. We called on Wednesday re: a repair needed for our bathroom sink. As usual, Chris came the next morning, rolled out the yellow mat at the front door, and assessed the work needed. He gave us options and was very patient while we worked out the best possible solution to what we wanted done. We soon had a new sink with new pop up. We were able to use our old taps that were the style we wanted and were still in very good condition. Thanks Chris!

Chris explained everything in detail, which I really appreciated. The customer service is great on the phone too - I received prompt confirmation, quotes, and invoice. Everyone was very friendly, they really did make my day better! Thanks, One Hour Plumbing! We will be calling again for all our plumbing needs :)
