I have heard a number of negative things in the past about this company, however when my daughter was in an accident, the tow truck operator on scene; I believe his name was Logan, was very professional, friendly, went above and beyond to ensure everyones safety, and he even went out of his way to answer all questions. My family and I are grateful and appreciate your professionalism as well as the time you gave us. I do not remember if I got the chance to say thank you, but thank you for all you did.
