(July 21, 2021, 4:30 am)I went to the class and it was very first time attempting yoga. My body is really stiff I suffer with bad knees and thought I'd give it a try. Jay and Frances are so kind and helpful. They helped me so I didn't strain my knees and encouraged me to do poses I never thought Id ever do, especially on my first go! I even did a head stand with support!! Try this studio out its lovely and so personal. Jay and Frances thankyou for encouraging me!

(June 27, 2021, 6:04 am)Seriously the best yoga studio I have ever been to. Jay and Frances are fun and friendly, and passionate about making your yoga experience work for you. The atmosphere is completely warm and welcoming, and both instructors provide challenge in their classes while recognizing their participant's individual differences and limitations.

(June 17, 2021, 6:14 pm)This is such a Fantastic Yoga studio. Classes are smaller which allows for individual instruction, and guidance on getting the best out of your practice! Fran and Jay are AWESOME instructors, they take the time to explain the poses and the body area that is being worked.
