(January 21, 2022, 11:37 am)Had a leak spring up under my bathroom and called Olde Timey Plumbing after getting a recommendation from my neighbourhood Facebook group, I am so happy I did! Matthew was great, super quick and responsive and once he was there made sure I knew what was going on and what they were doing. Job was done quickly and well. Super happy I found this company as I will use them for all plumbing needs from now on!

When the darn thing would no longer turn off i called around and hired someone else (they too will have a review) but they no showed. I called matt, he was already busy but came up with a quick solution until parts can be found. He truly saved us from showering at someone else's house!

(August 5, 2021, 4:44 pm)Integrity in business goes a long way and Olde Timey Plumbers demonstrated good ethics. They gave us a fair quotation after looking at the pictures of damages first. They were quick to reply over text which was very convenient. We were booked in right next morning. They showed up on time and did not seem greedy in how they represented themselves as well as their business. And above all, they were respectful and honest. This is why I would recommend them to friends and family.

(February 28, 2021, 7:13 pm)We knew there was a leak in the toilet and Matt came recommended to us to look at it. Right from the start Matt puts customers concerns to the forefront. He was friendly, knowledgeable and honest with me that the fix he did may not be long term and gave me the choice of what I wanted to do. He did his best to make it work. I should have listened to him right then and there to replace the toilet.
Shortly after there was no doubt he was the one we wanted to come install the toilet. Again customer relation was 10/10 - he arranged to do the work as soon as possible and gave great rates for the install. Very efficient, cleaned up everything, was COVID considerate with all required protections and process and our pet's loved him too!
Took extra time to explain our old piping issues as well and gave us suggested resources and direction to educate us on what's in our older home for pipes. Highly recommend this company and would use them again and again.
