(January 6, 2022, 11:57 pm)Bernie was absolutely incredible to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly buying our first family home. He really knows about style, must haves for families and up and coming neighbourhoods in Edmonton. It was a wild ride, but Bernie made sure that he was available 24/7. He literally drove around the city to make sure everything was ready for possession date. He stayed with us throughout the whole process - our inspection, even stayed for hours to make sure certain jobs were completed for us when we sold our house.
He sold our house in 1.5 days and helped us buy our dream home in such a short period of time. Having two young kids and working full time, Bernie made sure we were taken care of and not stressed.
I strongly recommend Bernie for selling and buying your next one! He is so personable, trustworthy and reliable. You won’t be disappointed! -

Bernie has been not just a great realtor to us, but also someone who guided us along the way as to what precautions we should take and what are the important things to keep in mind. He made sure he is aware of our exact search criteria we had in mind and helped us see the pros and cons of each property we viewed. This not only made us more aware as first time buyers, but also helped us pick the perfect house for our liking.
He made sure we get the utmost service and focused on getting us the right home rather than just making a sale.

He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of viewing houses, and eventually closing on one. He went out of his way to make sure our needs were being met and was very helpful to point out things that, as first time home buyers, we were unaware of. His recommendations for other services required when buying a house were all excellent as well. We highly recommend his services and very happy to call him a friend now too.
