There's a little souvenir store by the T-rex's feet, which is where you buy the tickets to climb. There's also an awesome fossil/ice cream store right across the road, as well as a spray park and a walking path featuring plenty of smaller dino statues.

My 8-year-old niece really got a kick out of the giant T-rex, of course. It's a lot of stairs to the top (over 100, as she made sure to count them on the way back down), but there is a spot to rest with a bench and recording playing at about the halfway point. The top of the head does sway a little, so if you're nervous about heights, maybe just stand back on the solid metal steps and let the little ones venture out into the mouth. You are still able to enjoy the view from the metal platform, and pics of the kids look better from here anyway :P

Parking near the statue is free however they charge for climbing up. No elevator, and I don’t feel spending money for climbing up those stairs. But kids would be interested to and for those who are visiting this place for the first time . There is a fun area for kids and they could have fun.

It’s a bit of a gimmick but really didn’t expect much else. The view is spectacular and as you climb the stairs the story of the Dinosaur statue is told. My kids LOVED it.

Truly its a huge Dinosaur, you have to use stairs to travel through the body of the dinosaur to enter its mouth where you will get the amazing 180 view. Its not that expensive and a must see attraction if you are in Drumheller. The town itself is dinosaur themed and you cant miss this gigantic dinosaur. Depending on peak time there could be a huge line up so check google maps for busy hours before visiting. But its totally worth it and a must see attraction which does not take long to finish. No elevators so you have to take stairs and stollers will not work. Ample parking and washrooms. There are lot of interior design to give you a feel of walking thorough the insides of the dinosaur. Highly recommended the view is exceptional. Check out the videos and Follow for more.

It’s man made tourist attraction structure.
Free parking 🅿️ spots are available 🚘
$5 per person is the entry ticket.
Stairs needs to be climb to reach at the mouth of the 🦖.
It is nice view from the 🔝 & good to click the memories.
One time experience is recommended, specially with kids. 👍
