Without a doubt it is amazing. The canal & architectural guidelines put this place way beyond anything else in Central Alberta for Lakes.
Noto mention Ron Lenz and Raven River Timberworks.
Norval & Nora clearly hit it out of the park for a Grand Slam.

Its natural and man-made features include two sandy beaches, spring-fed canal, nature trails, architecturally unique footbridges, community halls and pavilions. Complementing these amenities, the privately built homes feature natural materials and distinctive designs that blend in harmony with nature. Cottages are built around a kilometer-long canal that provides waterfront access for most lots.
