The minute my husband and I walked into Cochrane Toyota last weekend, we were greeted at the doors and shown around. From having both Jordan's showing us the 2019 Tundra and Highlander to taking us for test drives, to dealing with our two kids that may have been a little bored, we were treated with kindness and respect. We spent about 3 hours in the showroom and never felt like we were rushed or pressured to make a decision. Jordan P. even took our kids to the Tim Hortons across the street to grab a little snack after the third hour. And when we made the decision to purchase a vehicle, Mike Tran went through all of the paperwork efficiently and thoroughly. He was our contact throughout the week ordering the car, setting up the registration, and even coordinated a shuttle for us to pick up the car the following weekend. When I picked up the car, both Jordan's and Mike greeted me, shook my hand and said "thank you". Jordan P. even introduced me to the service area where I would eventually take my car for my service work. I honestly can't believe how I was treated. A far far cry from where I purchased my last vehicle at the Subaru dealership in Calgary. I think they could learn a ton from how customers should be treated. Thanks Cochrane Toyota. You rock!
