Wild Mountain RV

Had some elecrical issues with the ol RV. They diagnosed and repaired fast, efficient and with great customer service. Very friendly and informative staff.

I'm new to owning and towing an RV. The team at Wild Mountain were super helpful in doing some routine maintenance on my used trailer and inspecting it to make sure that it could be towed and used safely. And they were very responsive to all my (dumb) questions. Everything was done on schedule and according to the promised price.

A nice hailstorm came through the RV storage across the street. My vent cover was destroyed, as were half the trailers in storage. They were ready for the influx of people coming in for parts and repairs. They got me in and out before my trip that weekend, and were also able to fix a few other issues I had been putting off.
Everyone was very friendly from the front desk to the technicians. Their rates were reasonable too. Something hard to find in Calgary where most businesses price gouge on labour rates. I'll definitely be back for parts and repairs in the future.

Wonderful customer service. I love the smaller family owned shop. Shauna on the counter is exceptional as was their honesty and work completed on my motor home. I would highly recommend anyone with a RV that needs service to check these guys out. Near Callaway Park so you know it is only a short distance out of town. Thanks much.
