  We had a fantastic experience. Great customer service before and after making our purchase. The service doesnt stop when you leave the lot. We traveled from BC as we found the prices here to be far better then what we could find near us. Definitely worth the trip. (Terry) was our main contact through email and phone and was even communicating with us on his days off. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

  We had our RV serviced here twice so far and each time, upon careful review of the invoice, found issues that we were able to resolve to reduce the total cost.
  
  The first visit was to service the wheel bearings and inspect the brakes. The brakes were working OK in my estimation when I dropped it off and very poorly when I picked it up. Brought it back again to resolve brakes and I was informed that one brake actuator had failed and that all four tires needed replacement. The tires I should have noticed but didn't. I don't know why that was not noted on the first visit as I assume the service techs would have removed the tires or at least inspected them at the time.

  Wonderful customer service, Brian is very knowledgeable and responded to our questions very quickly. Tracy from finance was very thorough and our whole experience was great. On a side note , Guaranty RV management, please get Brian a new computer monitor, the one he has is just embarrassing! We couldn't see the colour of the RV we bought so he had to describe it to us - hope we ordered the right one :-).

  Looking for our first RV, we have family (parents) that have bought from them and gush about the service they received. Our parents bought a large desil pusher but that isn’t what we wanted. We were excited to learn the dealership has a wide range of units and has camper vans and even a tent trailer or two. Exactly what we were looking for! The staff was helpful and we are looking forward to making our first RV purchase!

  We bought our trailer here a few years back because of the great atmosphere. Very knowledgeable staff no pressure and best deal for what we wanted. Everything went smooth had it back for service as well they were also great. I have sent everyone I know to Guarantee RV for anything RV related.

Went to have side out problem diagnosed. Was told it would be more wise to buy a new travel trailer from them, than to have it repaired. Now that may or may not have been true, but they knew that I and my 13 year old son were on a 5 month trip and to me, this is a despicable way to meet a down sales quota for the month.
