  Graeme reached out to try to reconcile. However at this point if the motivation of a negative review is what it takes to get service, it's just the start of a bad business partnership. I added one star to compensate for his tenacity to reach out to try to reconcile the situation. I will still not be using this company's services.

  I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Graeme. I was trying to look for auto insurance within my budget with the current rate changes. He was not very accommodating after one quick quotation and didn't take the time to adjust values to help fit my budget and redirected my business to another company. He also gave me the run around for just over a week. Will not give Awin a second look. Probably best to look elsewhere for a dependable insurance agent.

  After spending several wasted days trying to insure two houses and a vehicle, it only took one phone call to Graeme at A Win Insurance to complete this most unpleasant task. Graeme was able to not only complete this in less than a day, but also found full coverage for my needs at a much reduced price. Excellent service. Thank you so much Graeme.

  We were referred to A-Win through our realtor. Best call I made was to take that referral. I had spent the entire day dealing with various insurance companies who were either too busy and sloughed me till after the weekend or had weird restrictions and was thoroughly disheartened by the time I spoke to Alix of A-Win. She was amazing, as her day had run long she actually returned my call after her normal business hours and to top it off she was cheerful and friendly (so much more than I can say for anyone else I spoke to that day). She quickly and efficiently got my insurance sorted and from that point forward she dealt with everything. As a first time homebuyer she was so helpful and made everything so easy, I had no worries throughout the process. Thanks so much Alix and A-Win for making my first time home insurance experience awesome!

  Been dealing with Graeme at the Airdrie location for just over a year now. Can't recommend him and his team enough! Always a fast response for either new or changing service, or just advice. Bought a new truck and had new pink slips in a matter of minutes. Had some water damage and his advice probably saved me some cash in the long run, but he gave us all our options to help us make informed decisions. Top notch service!

  Brent LaRiviere - Easily the best experience I have had shopping for insurance compared to the bigger and more popular companies. Best customer service and he actually tries his best to save you all the money he can. Very professional but friendly and would recommend to family and friends any day
