(April 5, 2019, 7:56 pm)Top notch sales and service. Had a hydraulic brake glitch - they got it in right away and I was out the door in 15 mins. I wouldn't take my top end road bike to just anyone - techs are very knowledgeable and were a great source of info on upgrades.

Second, Carson and Dale always have time for a quick conversation and are super knowledgeable about their products. They are super helpful in their recommendations and quite often have a list of options to choose from. They don’t mind spending the time looking for answers for you.
They have taken time to get to know me personally and they make you feel valued as a customer.
