  We are deeply grateful to Andrea and the Lion Dog African Safaris organization for the preparation leading up to our trip to Tanzania. From the Kilimanjaro ascent to the safari, it was a trip of a lifetime, an experience full of incredible moments our family will never forget.

  Andrea from Lion Dog African Safaris put together a trip of a lifetime for us. She was very knowledgeable, patient and accommodating in putting together a trip that was customized just for us. Once on our way, all flights, transfers, accommodations and tours went off perfectly. All the agents used throughout the trip were first class. I have no hesitation in recommending Lion Dog African safaris to anyone looking for a custom private guided tour.

  Lion Dog Safaris made our time in Africa, the trip of a lifetime. Africa was a bucket list item for my wife and myself for many years. Andrea was able to turn our dreams into a one of a kind personalized tour. She was able to accommodate our every request, even as we kept adding activities over the months of planning. She was incredibly prompt in responding to our questions and requests. There is no question that our trip benefitted from her wealth of experience and knowledge.
  The trip itself was extremely well executed. All of the activities and transfers went exactly as planned. Absolutely no unplanned hiccups. Our guides were always professional, informative, and above all friendly. Our experiences were greatly enhanced because of them. We honestly could not have asked for a better trip. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend Lion Dog Safaris to anyone wishing for a one of a kind, unique and personalized trip to Africa.

  An amazing trip, thanks to Lion Dog African Safaris! Thanks to Andrea after our conversations, the trip was planned as to what we were looking for. Our trip was customized to meet our wishes. Professional planning with the smallest details taken care of we just had to pack. 3 Countries, 5 intercontinental flights, transfers, pick ups, hikes, treks, safaris and culture it all was planned. Exceeded our expectations. This made our once in a lifetime trip a questions of when can we go back.

  It was important to us to use a Canadian company, one that had first-hand African Safari experiences, such as Lion Dog African Safaris. Found you online, met Andrea and Mike in person at the 2018 Toronto Great Adventure trade show and again at one of your excellent presentations, which accurately illustrated what to expect and the opportunities on offer. Together we created a customized trip for my husband and I that fully met our needs within budget. Africa, with its animals, landscape, people and culture is so unique. Our safari guides were excellent, the accommodations fine, the animal sightings thrilling (lucked out seeing a large wildebeests Mara River migration is the Serengeti!) - all resulting in an adventurous trip of a lifetime. Thanks Lion Dog African Safaris for making it all possible!
