(July 30, 2019, 5:41 pm)My review is about upper management in sweet tree and yss. Recently was hired to work in the high river location. I have spinal stenosis and other health problems that require me to have the ability to sit down when I can't keep my balance or can no longer stand. During training I had the owner of sweet tree who didn't know the extent of my medical issues pull me aside to tell me that when I have to sit or take a break that I can go right ahead and they also allowed me to have a stool on the sales floor so I could take some stress off my back but still work. YSS our parent company has been just as accommodating and on behalf of people with disabilities I like to say thank-you. Sadly, not enough companies even make an effort to modify duties in order for someone to keep working and these guys did right out of the gate. So thank you thank you thank you, I can not express how grateful I am and what a joy it is to be part of such an AMAZING team!!!
