(October 31, 2018, 6:30 am)1. the efficiency of making sure both outer ear canals were completely free of wax before any testing was attempted, was above the level received from a previous clinic.
2. at the completion of the process of determining the condition of hearing &/or loss of hearing - I sensed a deeper understanding from the back ground and experience of the person conducting these tests, in comparison to the less experienced technician at a previous clinic in a different office.
3. I was informed also that our Alberta Health Care had an assistance program available for me, where as the previous company did not appear to be aware of this option A. for seniors, and B. for someone in a low income capacity.
