We have worked with DK on four (4) separate renovation projects to date – and have had the experience that everyone envies…. They ‘show up’ – and on time -- and they work hard with the skills that have their roots in old country integrity and pride. Each and every one of the crew is courteous and thoughtful – we came to feel a friendship toward all of them. Damir Kolakovic, owner of DK, is passionate, conscientious and reliable… and demands the same from all of his crew and sub-contractors… only the best will do. We will not hesitate to contact them again and again for any of our projects large or small… DK excels at making a renovation as painless and enjoyable as plausible and they keep the site as clean and safe as possible. Results are always to your satisfaction or DK will not stop until they are!! Damirs’ admin assistant, Christyn, embodies these same attributes and keeps the communication flowing-- enhancing all that they do!

  After our renovations experience, we would be very confident and happy to recommend Damir and DK Total Home Solutions to all our friend and family. Our renovation goal was to have the dream kitchen we had always wished for after living in our home for 15 years. The recommendations and ideas Damir gave to us were amazing! There would not be a single thing we would change. After looking at a few other options with renovation contractors once we had the plans from DK Homes nothing could compare. The quality and work put into their projects are truly a work of art. So much attention was put into the little details and to ensure there were no imperfections.   DK did a major home reno for us, involving the house (interior and exterior), garage and even some landscaping. Damir ensured that the work was professionally performed, by courteous and efficient staff and contractors, and the result is almost like having a new home. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a custom build or reno.

  It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Damir, and his experienced Master Craftsmen, to renovate our home. So much so, that we are using him again. He is very Professional and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him, as our project was completed at a very high level of excellence.
