Highly recommended for anyone at any stage of physical activity as they will adapt the workout to what you can do while progressively pushing you a bit more each time you come in!

(June 29, 2018, 7:10 pm)The very first time me and my daughter tried the 9 round we sign up right away and cancel our gym permanently. Yes we pay penalty payment in our gym membership but being a member of 9round is so much better we got hooked with 9round the workout is so great and short with my busy schedule it just fit for me and my daughter. We came religiously 5 days a week . It fit for any age. I love punching and kicking those bags. I highly recommend this place the trainer are so great and friendly. Honestly I don't know what to do without 9 round.
