I just found my time with Erin so gentle and even though i don't quite understand what she did I could feel movement throughout my body whenever she put her hands in a particular spot and after my session I was so tired I knew it was my body adjusting to the changes. Erin was so gracious in answering my questions and sharing her knowledge - I would definitely recommend her if you are looking for an alternative way to address your wellbeing.

Seeing Erin for osteopathy has been such an eye opening and empowering experience. Erin provides impeccable care and attention to all aspects of health and the body. Her ability to notice imbalances in the body and help to correct them through her manual care as well as helping YOU notice, feel and correct them in yourself is such an empowering experience.

I had an amazing first time Osteopathy experience with Erin! She was so thorough, informative and gentle. I went to see her because I was having hip pain for many months. I had tried other alternative therapies but nothing seemed to be helping. After my first appointment I was sore the next day and my hip still hurt, but in the days to come my pain slowly subsided until I woke up one morning and couldn’t remember the last time I had any hip pain! Erin's gentle approach was just what my shoulder needed. I appreciated how she explained the anatomy underlying my injury and was able to guide me to experience the subtle shifts in my physiology that resulted from the treatment.
