Had some issues. They called personally to apologize and offered to make it right. Service at the time of pickup was not good, but everyone has an off day. I believe they did their best to fix.
I have used this dry cleaner on and off for about the past year and always with good results and fair prices. All the ladies I have dealt with are pleasant and my laundry is always done on time with special instructions attended for. That is what I expect from a dry cleaning service and that is what you get here. What I didn't expect today when picking up my order was a bag with money in it that was being returned to me as I must have left it in one of my garments. I was pleasantly surprised and thought that it speaks volumes to their character as I'm sure the clothes pass many hands at probably not terribly high wages. Thank you Magic Cleaners.
