  Located in the back yard of Patrician Village rental property makes this location convenient to those that live here. It is also close to Foothills hospital and McMahon Stadium. The service is hit and miss depending on the staff working. The manager does address your concerns however. Wheelchair parking is available. The one thing that makes this location difficult to access by vehicle is the roundabout. You can only enter via 16 Ave NW.

  Walked in late and Theresa helped me with a phenomenal experience and anserwed all my questions. Loved this Tim's!

  It was ok...service was good, so it wasn't bad. The place needs a reno make over and a good cleaning! ????

  The quintessential Canadian coffee house pretty much the only place my partner and I go for coffee extra large double cream thank you their baked goods are also extremely annoying because they’re delicious and I go out of my way to try not to eat them all I don’t always succeed you can also get a nice sandwich or a cuppa soup the drive-through is always quite fast and it’s nice quite frequently someone will buy coffee for me Who is ahead of me in line I’ve done the same thing got love Canada
