  David Litwiller and his team do an excellent job. whether it's a small bathroom renovation or a full build or a major renovation David's attention-to-detail, quality of trade and supplier choice, David always delivers an exceptional product. Have seen many many of David's projects over the years and the result is always stunning. David is very detailed individual and displays a lot of care and passion for the quality of his projects.

  We got our porch/desk redone with Litwiller. It was a challenging project because the house is over 100 years old and we wanted to keep its historic character. The journey has not been easy, but Litwiller have been very patient, and always available for very insightful advice and open to listen to our concerns. The hard work and dedication of Paul, Bob and David himself has been outstanding. We are extremely happy with the end result. Many passing neighbours have shared with us how pleased they are about the look of our porch/desk and the character it brings to our street. The quality of the work is undisputable.

  I loved working with David, honest & conscientious. This is very important quality with all the horror stories on the news.
  David did an addition to my 1950"s bungalow, complete with basement, plus a new kitchen.
  I then hired him to build my beautiful house in Tuxedo. Love my house and thank him daily for a great job.

  Litwiller Renovations renovated our entire house. All work was done according to budget and schedule. We really appreciated the attention to detail. The work site was always left tidy at the end of the day. We can wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone contemplating a renovation project, large or small.

  We have been using Litwiller Renovations & Custom Homes for 13 years, and wouldn't even consider another company. Our home was built in the late 60's and over the years has needed major renovations to all areas of the living space. After the initial restoration to entirely update an older home, we have redone our kitchen (replaced floors, counter tops, back splash, sinks, faucets) and removed the carpet from the family room and replaced it with hardwood.....our current project is a renovation of the upper level...we are upgrading two bathrooms in entirety, replacing wooden railings with glass, removing the dated carpet and replacing it with hardwood (which includes the stairs and the entire upper floor), refinishing hardwood that exists in one room, changing all the lighting, repainting, the works. Our home will be a showpiece, and Litwiller Renovations gets an A+ from us. We highly recommend them to anyone desiring a hands-on experience with people who really care about the customer, who demand the most professional work from all of their staff ALL OF THE TIME and who communicate with the people who will live in and love the finished product for years to come.
