  I came in for an eye exam, Dr. Mankeerut Johl was very friendly and great at explaining the health of my eyes, she even went through my previous prescription (which was done in Edmonton) to explain what has changed. Then when I was looking at frames Shelly came up to talk to me, she really listen to what I was looking for, then picked out tons of frames and wasn't afraid to tell me her really option when I asked. Shelly has mastered the art of being honest without being offensive. I will 100% be going back and thats mainly all because of the service I received Shelly and Dr Johl.

  This place is AMAZING! All of the girls, are so wonderful. They know their stuff and FAST service! I would recommend this as your new eyewear stop.

  I came here to buy glasses & see the doctor and I had the best experience with Shelly!! The customer service was excellent, Shelly was super friendly and knowledgeable. She was super helpful picking out frames that looked great! I love every pair I've purchased here and never think that I can find a better pair, but always surprise myself when the staff help me pick a pair that I love even more.

  Everyone was really helpful with my somewhat problematic vision issues. Customer rep. Saliha was terrific in helping me. Dr Ben, in their Optometry clinic was able to get me the right vision prescription after another Dr.'s prescription from somewhere else failed to be correct.
  After everyone 's help at Optiks - all my vision issues were solved in a friendly and timely manner. Great selection of frames to choose from as well. Thank you

  The 5 star rating is based on a combination of the business and Kristen who looked after me. My wife and son will visit her soon.
  Kristen is knowledgeable, a fantastic listener and accurate - that combined with the selection of glasses made my experience memorable. I was transitioning between single vision and either a bi focal or progressive. We worked on what suited me best. Thank-you Kristen for your direction and I hope whom ever visits this business ends up with you.
