Amazing customer service... the staff here goes above and beyond for their customers... it truly is ELITE the way in which they look out for their clients... I highly recommend Keri (at extension 115) but I trust the rest must be great if she's chosen to stay there so long...

Any time I have had to make a change or add something to one of my policies, I get amazing, same day service. They make you feel like you and your enquiry are their priority.
The beautiful part of all of this, is I have never had to step foot in their office. I live in Slave Lake, AB and everything that I need is easily obtained by using technology. A definite bonus for me.

Great brokerage. I initially called TD and Belair insurance for quotes - both of which were expensive and did not provide great coverage. Silvercrest was able to set up a home insurance policy for much less and that provided much better coverage. Would highly recommend!
