  First impression as a new patient.
  From the first online inquiry I was immediately welcomed to Westside Audiology by the Administrator. I had a clear explanation in advance of what to expect at my first appointment. The office was bright, clean and modern. My appointment started and ended on time. The baseline hearing test was an interesting and informative experience. I would recommend anyone to see Dr. Margaret Korble.

  My first interaction over the phone was with Dr. Margaret Korble. Margaret was very patient and answered all my questions. I then booked my appointment with Jane who was very helpful over the phone and in person when I went in. Very professional, pleasant and helpful staff. Dr. Margaret Korble was kind and took the time to explain everything I needed to know and she was very thorough. Nothing but "professional advice and exceptional care" at Westside Audiology. I would highly recommend my family and friends to this caring service oriented clinic.

  Great service, knowledge and kindness from all at the Westside Audiology. Dr. L.Lussier is excellent. Will advise to see her to everyone to get help with hearing problems.
  I have been going to see them for almost 5 years now.

  Had a routine hearing test done at Westside Audiology. Staff are friendly and professional. The test itself was very thorough. I was particularly impressed with the post test review of the results. The doctor explained the results very well and answered all my questions. No hesitation in recommending them.
