  I can’t say enough good things about working with Sara. I felt like my daughter was a decent sleeper but at 4 months, things changed. Naps were short and she started waking multiple times a night. Sara did a thorough assessment and provided an individualized plan that worked for me and my family. My daughter went from random naps that only totalled 1.5 hours a day, to 3 naps with a total sleep time of 3.5-4 hours! My daughter was a lot more rested and happy, as was I. Nights also went from multiple wakings to just one wake up over 12 hours. Hiring a sleep coach was money well spent. I’d definitely recommend Sara.

  Sara is amazing at what she does and we couldn't be happier with our decision to hire her to help us sleep train our baby. She is so patient, gentle, kind, and knowledgeable. The first strategy we tried to sleep train our baby wasn't working for us and we felt bad for wanting to quit right off the bat, but Sara's patience and confidence allowed us to find a strategy that worked for us with so much ease and piece of mind. You can't go wrong with hiring Sara to sleep train your baby!
