(November 22, 2019, 4:33 am)This location is great. All the staff are super friendly unlike the incompetence and rudeness you will find at the Richard Way SW location.
The staff at the Shawnessey location are truly empathetic, genuinely care about their patients, this includes the front desk staff who are very friendly and greet you warmly with a smile as soon as you enter the office.
Wiseread is amazing at her job and clearly loves what she does in helping patients get a good nights sleep.
Avoid a nightmare, skip the unprofessionalism of the Richard Way location and go straight to Shawnessey Co-op, where they will treat you like a real person and not like just an appointment in the computer.
