  These guys make a mighty delicious bagel. My go-to Montreal style bagel place in Calgary. The bagels are the perfect combination of crunchy and chewy. The people here are artisans, and are passionate about their craft.

  This place get five stars for the quality and taste of the bagels. However this is not a restaurant. You won't want to sit and eat here, it's strictly bagel purchase and out the door. It's cash only, and the customer service isn't great. On busy days or certain times of day they will limit the number of bagels you can buy, to make the bagels they have last the length of the day (it seems weird to not just make more), and calling ahead to put some on hold is hit or miss, even if you try and reserve bagels before driving over, if they have them they won't set them aside, they will just repeat that they have bagels. So the business could certainly be made more profitable with a couple of changes.

  The absolute best bagel in Calgary. Hand-shaped, boiled in honeyed water and baked in a wood-fired oven.
  
  I buy a few to take home and always have 1 plain, with cream cheese, to eat on the way out. I've never had better!

  Ordered a sesame seed bagel today with cream cheese, and it delicious! Very fresh. The staff there are super nice. Would definitely recommend. They only accept cash though, so make sure to bring your change!
