The flooring itself is perfect and every detail was addressed. We ran into a few bumps (or in our case, a sunken area in our basement) that were also fixed as part of the process. Every part of the project was handled professionally and with great attention to detail; from choosing our flooring, to the measurements, the quoting, the physical installation and clean up. We couldn't be happier. It is like having a brand new home.
