Jaffrey Optical has exceptional customer service with their clients. Laura, their assistant, is the best with all their customers. She has a lot of patience and very attentive with your questions. And they have the best Optometrist, we’ve been with Dr. Jana, me and my kids for 3 years now and she is always the best and my kids loves her!
They have been very good so far. Very friendly and helpful. I’m just waiting for my glasses to arrive! Can’t wait

When we went in to make an appointment there was actually time for us to go in right away. The entire staff was wonderful. I would highly recommend Jaffery Optical.
My neighbor told me about this place and said they were pretty awesome and she loves her glasses. So I went to Jaffery Optical in Braeside back in the spring and got my eye exam completed and also purchased my glasses and sunglasses and I am very happy with everything. My 2 kids eye exams were due so I booked them in also at Jaffery and now my daughter just received her 1st pairs of glasses. We ordered them on a Tuesday and recieved the call that Saturday saying that her glasses were in! (4 days). Also Love the deal that they have "Buy 1 pair get the second pair Free".
