(December 16, 2018, 3:25 pm)Staff are usually pretty nice. However the pay as you go phone card printer never works. The bank machine is always out of service and they lock the doors all the time and aren't at the counter so you have to wait outside. Also it says the hours are 7 am till 10 pm but there always closed by 8pm or 9 pm
