  My husband and I are extremely please with our new residence. The new Staff is remarkable, and very very knowledgeable. Any “small” issue with the maintenance team is on it very very quickly and exemplary in their work, and very very polite.
  The whole area is well maintained, especially the more complicated items, they seem to be pro-active rather than reactive, which is a super trait.
  We are VERY VERY PLEASE WITH our choice of retirement residence, especially, the facilities as a whole. Good Job Glenmore Gardens!!

  I would like to say many many thanks to Jesse the new office manager. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for my family. Our move into our new home was perfect because of you. Thank you and your maintenance staff for all the hard work you guys did. ????????❤️????????

  We lived here before we moved into our home and are also very confused at the poor reviews. Management was fine, the building was well maintained and ANY issues were taken care of quickly. This place was a pleasure to live in and had everything we needed. The pool area was fun to have as was the heated underground parking was SO NICE. We found the other residence to be very friendly and miss saying hello to them now.

  Quite confused and shocked at the low rating and feel it is completely unjustified.
  
  I moved into one of the maisonette units May 1st, 2018. I never once had an issue with getting or having the management meet me for any of my appointments, (Joe), and the application process was quick and easy.
  
  As for life here - I am loving it. My place is about 1.5x larger then any other place I looked at, at the price point. Furthermore, theres a pool that is cleaned regularly, a well maintained weight room, underground parking and laundry in each building (I have yet to wait for a machine).
  
  I have had 2 issues that have come up while renting here, of which management fixed within the week - which I consider more then fine.
  
  The location (safe and right beside Glenmore park), amenities, price, size of unit are all great. I would not be scared away by some of these reviews and would suggest if you are looking for a new place to come and take a look.
  
  PS - My hot water pressure is just fine. :D
