  My husband and I had (and continue to have) the absolute pleasure of working with Kevin on both the sale of our current home and the purchase of our ‘forever’ home.
  
  I struggle the to find the words to adequately express just how amazing Kevin and his team are – but I will try. First of all, I have never in my life encountered ANYONE to be so responsive over email. Ever. No matter what the time, or nature of request, Kevin provided a prompt, thoughtful and comprehensive answer, which was unbelievably appreciated. Never did he make us feel like we were bothering him (although in our opinion, we were 100% being totally annoying) and I trust his opinion implicitly.
  
  From the first meeting with us (which he planned around our schedule, at our home, and within a day of our request) to present day, I can’t believe he is real life. Polite, professional, honest, straightforward, intelligent, savvy (and funny!) he is truly exceptional at what he does.
  
  Kevin worked with us to arrive on a price and strategy for selling our current home and hit it out of the park, and we are beyond pleased with the result. What’s more, he fought equally hard for us during the purchase process. He truly had our best interests at heart (encouraging us to hit the ‘pause’ button before putting an offer on homes we thought we loved, and pointing out their flaws which we were blind to) and was patient as we searched for the perfect home. Even as the purchase of our new home is nearly complete, he is still providing us with interior design advice.
  
  While Kevin was away for a few days, his associate, Shaun, stepped in for him and didn’t miss a beat. Also, I cannot forget to mention the magic that Tara provided during the staging process. I believe her advice is a critical reason why we ended up selling our home on the FIRST viewing on the FIRST day. Pure magic.
  
  I will be hard pressed to recommend another realtor over Kevin French (and team!), because I truly cannot fathom how anyone else could conduct themselves more perfectly.

  We first crossed paths with Kevin when he was working with Brookfield homes. When it came time to sell and Kevin was now in real estate it felt like a no-brainer to go with him. I’m so happy that he was there to help us navigate the confusing waters of being first time sellers and buyers. He’s relaxed , friendly there whenever you need him. He’s honest, proactive and just a really standup guy. He’s “our realtor” now I guess, because we will definitely work with him again without question. Thanks so much for everything Kevin! You took a lot of intimidation out of such an important life event.

  I just sold my condo in Auburn Bay with Kevin, couldn't be happier as we sold within 3 weeks of listing it on the market for a price we were happy with! Kevin made sure we understood all aspects of everything involved, we had been considering selling for the past year and Kevin was there to answer any questions without being pushy. We trusted Kevin and appreciated his service!

  French & Associates was absolutely awesome! Use them and you will be so very happy you did. The follow through, attention to detail and response time was perfection and made the purchase experience a very positive one. Kevin French even helped me out with an issue that wasn't his responsibility, long after the transaction was closed. Thank you Kevin and Team. I will only ever use or recommend you for all real estate transactions.

  I will never in my life recommend anyone but Kevin French as a realtor. He was a consummate professional in every way from the pricing of my home to staging with the help of his designer. He knew that twilight photos from his photographer would bring more showings than regular daylight ones and would show my home above all the rest. Through more than 80 showings he made sure I remained positive and he sold my house for more than I believed I would get. Even after the sale was firm, he put me in touch with trades to complete work that needed doing. The relationships he has with these professionals adds so much value to the level of customer service he offers his clients. Kevin loves real estate and is gifted with the instincts of a skilled negotiator knowing when to push back to obtain the most reasonable terms. He has never stopped being an advocate for me as a client and is always looking after my best interest. French and Associates has made a lifelong client in me and I will forever be confident in referring them to anyone. Thank you Kevin for helping me move to another phase in my life!
