  Better late then never on our post....
  
  They were amazing.
  The sales team made the experience extremely comfortable and the team which installed the product in our basement were extremely knowledgeable and efficient.
  
  We love the finished product and it’s has held up just as the sales teM said it would.
  We look forward to working with them on any future Reno’s.

  We just had 3 bedrooms and a walk in closet re-carpeted by Westvalley. The service was super, thanks JoAnne, the cost was very comparable, and the installation was excellent. Well done. We will be back if we need more floor coverings

  Joanne Alpaerts and the team at West Valley Flooring were very helpful through all stages of our floor renovation project. Their pricing was fair and they fully explained every item on our invoice before finalizing the cost. We were also able to review different underlay and finishing options to find the best one for our space and budget. We are very happy with the experience and I would use them again for a future flooring project.

  From Chris at the store who listened and was very consultative in his sales approach to the men who installed our flooring this was a 5 star service. I had questions 2 months before we committed and Chris was willing to spend the time explaining every time I asked a question. The guys who put down the flooring were steadfast in their work ethic and really explanatory and nice anytime i popped in to see how things were coming in our new home. I highly recommend Westvalley

  We had the pleasure of dealing with Ray, who went above and beyond to help us locate our existing floor so that we could match the flooring to a master bedroom addition we are currently having done. I anticipated this being a headache of a job but Ray was so knowledgeable and efficient, he really made it easy for us to move onto the next item on the list. We wish that everyone we deal with is as wonderful as him and his team. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!
