This man is a training genius. He understood exactly what my goals were, where I was at, and how to get there. I was worried that online training would lose the personal touch but he was easily able to abate that concern with his helpful, honest, and warm personality. He's also extremely responsive, more so than personal trainer's I've had in person sessions with who strictly use email to communicate (how out dated...). I feel that he cares more and truly wants to know how I am progressing.
Overall, I highly recommend first giving online personal training a shot and second, to ensure you have a good experience, to allow Jordin the pleasure to be the one serving you.
