But shopping at the mobile shop for the first time made me feel like this is how the experience should be. Harry helped me pick out a new phone and even got me an amazing deal on the phone that I really wanted. He was very friendly and I felt like he was helping me out like an old friend instead of trying to sell me something. Not only was Harry very attentive, he quickly processed my upgrade and even had the phone (which wasn't in stock) sent to the location that is closest to my house. He gave me some perks and his courteous service put a smile on my face after a very long day. I would definitely go back and buy from Harry!
