  I needed my motor replaced due to a recall and Daryl immediately put me at ease, he walked me through the whole process & checked in with me several times to ensure all of my questions were being answered. He made a very upsetting situation much easier to get through.

  The owner (Chris) and service team (Tim) went above and beyond when my extended warranty was not submitted correctly by a different dealership. Dealt with the issue even though this wasn't their fault & kept me up to date during the whole process. They even loaned me a vehicle to use while everything was sorted out and got my car fixed super efficiently once the warranty was re-instated. Would highly recommend!

  While the dealership is undergoing renovations, my wife and I came here to look at two particular units. Sharon was out to greet us within a minute on the lot on what was quite a cold day. She was great throughout the whole process, and helped make it what we wanted - a simple and quick car sale, the way it should be. Cody is fantastic in the business office, and his enthusiasm was a positive touch on the experience. We look forward to future business here.

  Sharon and the team at Straightline Kia were great to work with. Sharon was the best car salesperson I've met so far and was patient, not pushy, kind, and knew a ton of info about the vehicle we were looking at. The team was very easy to work with and provided us a very competitive deal for the vehicle we bought. The service went about and beyond to make sure our needs were met and as such has earned our business for the lifespan of our new vehicle. They were honest I will definitely be servicing my vehicle at this dealership because of their honesty and service. I highly recommend buying / servicing a kia from this dealership, there packages are WAY better priced then the other dealerships.
