The staff is professional, under the guidance of Shelley, the owner. You definitely feel pampered but more important is competency. Annette is my current stylist and very talented. Two years ago, she helped me transition from colouring my grey roots to going natural. It took about a year and I couldn't be happier with the results, particularly the haircut/style... I get complements the moment I leave the salon! Many thanks!
