Hands down the most prompt and thorough customer service at RGR. Our dispensary just opened an account there, and right from the start we have been very well taken care of. Our sales rep Renalyn Maines provides us with polite, professional and prompt service. Once when we had to return a product to RGR, they responded right away and even arranged the courier service to come and pickup the parcel from us at no charge to us whatsoever.
