  We had Plumber Taylor to our house yesterday to address the issue of not having enough hot water in the tank we had installed by Pete the Plumber in December. First, he called to tell me when he was on his way in the time alotment I was given at the time I made the appointment. He was on time, He took the time to listen to my concerns, He investigated and found the issue was in fact not with our hot water tank, but the tap in the basement bathtub was letting cold water through the lines, making the water too cool. He advised me he was not the "tap" guy, so he called the office and helped me book another appointment with the right guy (so I didn't have to worry about doing it), he took photos and talked to the plumber who will be coming so he knows exactly whats going on. He also did a small reconfiguration on the pipes to just make sure it would be perfect and no further problems. He was very nice to my dog (who usually would bite the ankles of a stranger, but she made friends with him) He was so nice to my kids and addressed their curiosity. Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable! I have been more than happy with every person I have dealt with at Pete the Plumber, from the lady we talked to in the showroom (knew exactly what was happening, showed up what was going on and what would be needed to repair), the lady on the phone who took our appointment (professional, quick, knowledgeable) to the plumbers we needed to have come to the house! Plumber Taylor made sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed and invited me to call the office if I had any further concerns. I am waiting for the "tap guy", but I feel confident that the problem will be looked after, and If for some reason it is more, I feel confident that I won't be left "hanging". Thank you Plumber 'Taylor" and the rest of the crew for GREAT service!

  Although we weren't happy when our hot water tank gave out, dealing with Pete the Plumber made life fairly easy (albeit cold). Booking a repair/service call was painless and fairly quick (within 48 hours, this wasn't an emergency). Our service man, Joe, was on-time, friendly, and professional. When the cost of repair would have been close to the cost for a replacement, Joe luckily had a tank in his truck he was able to install on the spot! Work was done quickly and he even cleaned up some questionably plumbing choices from renovations completed before we bought the home. Did some checking around and the cost of a new tank (with installation) was MUCH cheaper than some of the box renovation stores. Quote even included taking away the old tank. Whole process was seamless and we're grateful to once again have hot water! Thanks Joe!

  We had a hot water tank replaced and the service was excellent. Joe, our Service Man, was great. He did great work, explained everything required and left no trace except for the new tank. Joe was genuinely friendly and he was great to talk with. Will definitely use Pete the Plumber again. Kids were hoping Dino would show up;)

  I can't speak highly enough of Pete the Plumber's technician, Jay, who visited my home February 9, 2019 to replace my hot water tank. He was
  prompt, reliable, courteous, tidy, and capable. Hope I get him next time I
  call Pete the Plumber .. amazing company, great warranty, and excellent pricing!

  Talk about service! We had a busted hot water tank (plus it's -20C outside) Taylor from Pete the Plumber came out and did the necessary replacement within 24 hours of our call. We paid the quoted/standard rate, no premium or extras.
  
  Taylor was very tidy and made sure everything was left as it was before his arrival. Very cordial and knowledgeable about the product.
  
  This was our second time within 6 months in dealing with Pete the Plumber. It continues to be a pleasure and hassle free experience.
