Recently the 5 year old Riobel shower in our ensuite stopped working. I was directed to contact the staff at Kadin Sales. It was incredible how quickly they were able to assess the problem over the phone and via some pics I sent. Replacement parts were immediately made available and being warranty there was no cost associated. Mike - sales, took the time to do a follow up call to and provide recommendations of minor modifications to further improve our system and water output levels. Shower is back on line and working fabulously.
