I was mostly frustrated that many of the items in the catalog were not even in their system, their employees weren't helpful finding alternatives, items weren't ready when they said it would be, and picking up took much longer than expected.
HOWEVER, I needed to purchase from them again, and this time it was very smooth and easy, at least in comparison. The employees were helpful and I was able to get everything quickly.
I'm definitely going to give these guys another go, and hopefully this review will end up being 5 stars.
