Their customer service has always been the best. -

(April 14, 2020, 12:44 pm)I've dealt with Action Insurance for a number of years as working with an insurance broker was an effective way in which to compare insurance companies/offerings/premiums. Recently I have changed Account Executives and have had nothing but exceptional service. I currently work with Jessica Turner and she has been wonderful to work with. She is always professional and provides great information, not only to questions I may have but also being proacive with what she believes might of interest or impact me regarding my auto and home insurance policies. She is very prompt in responding to any queries and in providing followup as required. I highly recommend Jessica Turner for anyone looking for an insurance professional to work with.

(November 27, 2019, 12:04 am)I had an awesome experience with Action Insurance. I had some major issues with my old broker and called and spoke with Aaron about it. He fixed everything the other broker did wrong and was a great help! I definitely recommend this company!
