  Lucas and his crew were thorough and detailed. They were very respectful of the home they were inspecting. They took their time and very detailed in their explanation of things. They were all personable and easy to talk with. The report is clear and concise and was delivered to us the same day. I would use 2020 again for sure!

  The quality of service we received from both Lucas and Tyler was amazing! They were both very thorough, they took their time and they also showed us what they were doing and explained why they were doing it. They brought a lot to our attention, and showed us what to look for in our new home, and also what to do to maintain it. They were both very professional but very personable as well. They are both super knowledgeable. This was our first time having to do a home inspection and our real estate agent actually recommended them. I am so pleased with the service and level of knowledge. They answered all our questions and would make sure we understood everything. The report given was very detailed, organized and easy to follow. I will use them again and would highly recommend them! Thank you both!

  My experience with Lucas and 2020 was amazing! Him and his crew were very professional!! and fun to work with as well.
  They have lots of knowledge and their home inspection provided an incredible amount of insight into our home. They spent all the necessary time with us to ask questions and provide very helpful tips.
  The report we received afterward was extremely detailed which is very helpful specially for a new homeowners. They are also very nice when it comes to asking them further questions after receiving the report and they do reply quickly which is very appreciated.
  We sincerely appreciate the quality of service we got from you guys!! and I would happily recommend to anyone. It was such a great experience. And also to mention that, our house’s furnace wasn’t working when we did the inspection, the house was extremely cold, and still they did their job perfectly and handled the freeze. Thank you so much!! We will for sure contact you for future services...

  The experience with Lucas and 2020 was amazing! Him and his team were thorough, professional, and fun. His home inspection provided an incredible amount of insight into our home which has allowed us to make thoughtful decisions. Him and his crew were a lot of fun to work with as well, which took the tension out of the experience. They spent all the necessary time with my family and I to ask questions and provide helpful tips. We bought an older home and Lucas provided the necessary time and attention required to give an incredibly detailed inspection. The report we received afterward was extremely detailed and allowed for great knowledge about our purchase, it was a huge bonus as new homeowners. They take a modern approach and have all the necessary technology to the job properly and efficiently. Lucas was very prompt in his replies and provided our report quickly. We sincerely appreciate the quality of service we got and I would happily recommend to any of family or friends.

  Outstanding service. Lucas and Sebastian are knowledgeable and thorough. They took the time to take us around the house, and show and explain their findings using easy to understand analogies. This especially helped as we were first time home buyers
  
  The report came quickly, approx 2 hours after the home inspection was completed. The report was easy to understand with plenty of pictures. They provided a lot of extra tips on areas we can fix up the home as well as focus areas for maintenance.
  
  Friendly and professional. Highly recommend 2020 and would use them again in the future.
