  I'm a 52 year old guy who finally decided to try and reverse years of neglect. I am so happy I live in Silverado which led me to our local Anytime Fitness and honestly, an exceptional staff who have consistently gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and encouraged.
  The price is very reasonable and I do training sessions there 3 times a week with Thomas Warren. After 40+ sessions with Thomas, I have to say it is hard to imagine anyone who could do a better job. Somehow he manages to get the most out of me every session, but always in an uplifting and supportive manner. Never an unkind word or any judgement, just a genuine desire to help me achieve my goals.
  Honestly, I didn't think I would make it. I dreaded working out. Ughh... in the beginning there was a LOT of swearing, but now, to my utter surprise, I am starting to actually look forward to every session and I feel the benefits every single day!!!
  I credit this to a great team, well maintained equipment, great layout, super clean and accessible facility and also the clientele is very respectful of each other which is another huge plus!
  Can't give this place enough stars... 100 out of 100... just go!

  Good gym, equipment is new. Not overcrowded (at times I’ve went 5am-9am) has showers, change rooms, tanning bed. Cubby style lockers, option to rent lockers.

  Love the gym! Facility is clean, machines are up to date, the trainers are friendly and helpful. The gym gets busy during peak times, but never to a point where you have to wait for a machine. It is my favourite gym out of the ones I’ve been to in Calgary.
