  We were struggling nightly for 2-4 hours a night trying to get our 3 month old to go to sleep...with Alison's help within a month our lives were different and I am forever thankful. Best thing I ever did was run into Alison at a mom's trade fair when I was at an all time low with sleep and tolerance and knowing what to do. Alison has knowledge but also personal experience and she genuinely wants to help you. She is amazing support in what can be the most challenging time in our lives. I highly recommend trying Alison- she will change your families life by helping with sleep!

  I contacted Alison when my baby was about 4 months old. At this time nobody was sleeping. My husband and I were spending hours trying to settle our baby, and when she did settle she only slept for 20-30 min at a time. Everyone was exhausted. Alison spent time learning about our family and our specific needs, and put together a sleep plan that was easy to follow, that fit with our parenting styles, and that we felt comfortable implementing. During the first two weeks, as we started to work on improving our babies sleep Alison made herself available via phone and email to provide support and tips. She was always positive and patient when providing support. This was invaluable to me, as it helped me to feel confident that I was doing the right things to help my baby learn to sleep better. Alison also helped us when it was time to wean from nighttime feedings. Working with Alison has been an extremely positive experience for me, and has significantly improved my knowledge about babies and sleep. I would highly recommend Alison to anyone who is struggling to get their baby to sleep well. My baby is now almost one and is settling to sleep quickly and sleeping through the night consistently! :)

  What can I say other than Alison saved our sanity! After 5 months of literally NO sleep I had to do something! So I searched sleep training and came across Alison’s name and made the call! BEST DECISION EVER! My little lady is now 2 and an amazing sleeper, even common regression milestones are a breeze! Best money ever spent and I HIGHLY recommend make the call! Thank you Alison for all that you did for my family ❤️

  When we found Alison my husband and I were at wits ends about how to handle sleep with our 2.5 yo. We had a new baby and were spending more time with the toddlers sleep than the infant! It created tons of stress and we could not get on the same page on how to handle the situation. I also saw falling into new habits with the baby and we did not want to go down the same road. We did not consider ourselves the sleep training types but NEEDED SLEEP and to feel confident in how to proceed. We decided to work with Alison on both kids. A year later and sleep in our house has completely changed. This does not mean we are never are up at night, but we feel confident in how to handle it and have great foundation for sleep. Bedtime is not a massive fight every night extending for hours, instead it is an enjoyable time. I can not recommend Alison enough!
